Oh, ya - there is blood, murder, organized crime, gangs, stabings, etc all over illegal pot, just like the other illegal drugs - it's just a fact. I know that MOST people who smoke illegal pot just want to get high and don't want any part of that side of it, but the reality is there are some very serious and dangerous people behind making illegal pot available and they WILL hurt you - just a fact. Which, again, as far as I am concerned is yet another reason, a big ole reason, to legalize pot. It's like this. If it's legal and you don't wanna smoke it, eat it or what ever - don't and if you do, well do. But being legal I think make for a safer community in the long run and if cartels want to go legal and sell, well, more power to them or anyone else that wants to grow and sell it legally. Man, you think I was wanting to smoke it - lol...
Man, as it dropped down sub zero last night I was sponging on the Icy Hot to try and relieve my joints. The weed seems to make the pain all go away, but I hate smoking the stuff.
And, back on track I really didn't see or hear any quality difference between my American Standard Tele and my MIM Strat. That one extra fret certainly wasn't worth the difference in price.
I went to Jimmys Vintage music CC in hand prepared to lay down coin for a STRAT-- for THE STRAT the 1 --- that gave me all the STRATIE goodness----and spoke to my soul
I played newer-- I played vintage-- and everything in between-- pristine case queens and beat to crap road warriors -- Fenders-- USA-- MIM-- Jap-- Squires-- China and Indo -- and I came home -- with a SUB 250.00 dinged and decaled MIM
seems bone stock-- FEELS like a favorite pair of slippers-- sounds--- like a strat-- I even dont MIND the STUPID misplaced volume knob --- it is GLORIOUS in its simplicity ----
I'm pretty sure the new MIM have the 9.5" radius on them. I like the new MIM Player series strats and according to the guy I talked to at fender the American trems are a drop in now, which makes mods, etc much easier. Still want an HSS 2019 MIA to go with the one I have now though - lol...
My cousin is a metro police sergeant in a major US city with very serious crime problems, where weed is still illegal, and he’d be the first to tell you it makes no sense that it is and pot enforcement is the single biggest waste of the departments time. It’s a non-offense that, like prohibition in the US, creates a criminal underground pointlessly.
ah but also creates revenue -- in probation -- court and fine fees --
the FACT is --- well I cant go into it because it political--- but -- when the revenue man "gets his$" the people get their vice-- they just have to get the system in place and then everyone is off and running ---
tried to make it as "NON political" as possible there --- and its really NOT political as much as it is ECONOMICS---
