Well I had a nice Fender stool, but I found as time went on I would like somethin to support my back. So started the search, one day I was in at Canadian Tire and found this chair for $20 unfolded it and tried it out, for me it had the right height was comfortable, I bought 2 one for home the other for my Cottage. I am sure you have something similar to this at Walmart. DSC00213.JPG

It is most logical to sit on a couch whilst playing your geetar so you can sprawl out after an extensive guitar solo.:hmmm::dood:

The only real time I sit when playing is if I’m practicing at home.

For that I use an adjustable, swiveling office chair with the arms removed.

Im always "practicing at home" -- in a chair -- sitting-- playing -- I have some straps I need to get my lazy arse up and walk a bit -- but then there are them dogs....to trip -- and the cord gets damn it -- and MURPHY get off the -- WILLOW STOP CHEWING THE ,...., awh DAMN IT ---- OUCH get off my FOOT -- WOOF -- ggrrr-- GRRR (I speak dog) --- ARF

Ill sit thanks

I sit cross legged on the floor. When I’m done I usually have to call 911 to help me stand up. I should probably sit on a chair.

I stand mostly, but seated I too have an old no arms office swivel chair with the height down low so my right thigh is near perpendicular to the floor.
Sometimes I noodle unplugged on the couch and sit at the right end and lean / support my back against the arm a bit.

At home I pretty much always play seated and my posture sucks when I do. I sat in an actually chair the other night. Way better..... hmmmm.... suppose the guitars gods are trying to tell me something?
