Stock shares in Gibson guitars ?

I was watching the Casino Guitars channel on Youtube and they had a recent video about Gibson's collaboration with a company called Rally, which was selling "shares" in Gibson Custom Shop guitars linked to famous players.. Casino said to check out another channel called KDH (famous for denouncing Rob Chapman).

If they had read the terms / disclaimers written by Rally, I am having trouble understanding how anyone would pay money to Rally for what is essentially nothing (I am not blaming Gibson here, but still, this is weird..)

Yes, I had seen it when it first came out, then Chapper's so called apology, and second apology... Frankly, having seen the quality of that brand here locally, no thanks...
