Steel String Singer #002 Chassis and board set

Very nice and very cool indeed...
Bookmarked the site for later.
Except that it's not anything like a Dumble Amplifier.
Instead it's a glorified Fender Princeton, made to look like a Dumble amplifier.
Therefore, I'm not sure what the attraction is.

A Dumble amplifier has outrageous overdrive, screaming harmonics and sustain....which is the opposite of this amplifier.
No, this amplifier does not sound anything like John Mayer.

UN-plug all the effects pedals, plug the guitar straight into the amplifier.
Now you are hearing what the amplifier really sounds like.
Dull, Bland, Clean, ordinary. It sounds like any common clean Fender amplifier.

I cannot believe how gullible people have become....I am Dumb le-fied.

A Steel String Singer is a clean amp designed for slide guitar and every SSS amp is different.
The first serial number #1 through #4 are 100 watt amps then starting with #5 150 watt.
This photo is #001 SSS amp made for Henry Kaiser that has reverb and tremolo Fender ??? dual phase inverter.

Where Tone Geek is missing the boat is the transformers he used. Parts are parts thanks for playing.
