Stand for cab mic?

So I finally got a mic!
My LGS had an unmarked, 2nd hand SM57 in, with all the 'doodads' for £49.
I snapped it up.

Now I am needing a mic stand for it.
I only really need to mic cabs to begin with, and have 112's stacked, so need to reach upto about 30" (760mm).
Being useable as a desktop stand would be handy for a smidge of (painful) vocal work further on down the line.
So maybe round base, not tripod.

Any suggestions from satisfied users?

Cheers Sky

I use a normal mic stand works just fine.
