Well i contacted Amazon. They couldn"t tell me what the reasoning behind the price difference. But anyway the Woman informed me i could purchase from Amazon U.S site. It shows me it will ship to Canada,
$13.99 shipping $ 8.44 - $22.43 thats are far cry from 70.72. Well ,I just would never pay that price.
