Spark mini help

Im not tech savvy and trying to get my iphone to connect to my mini isnt working i tried to update software and cant get it to work either i dont even see my mini in my blue tooth options
Any of you have issues
I get no sound either
Thanks for the help if you had any similar and they told you how to fix
I also have the amp charged up all the way
But when i hit pair button i do not see any blue light like it say i should ect
It does look bad ass tho

I use Android but I loaded software into phone and held in the BT button on back. Phone must be set to BT as well.

No sound... It has default settings that you should be able to use right off. Turn on amp, plug in and go.

It should be hold the button down until blue and then go to your phone and pair.
Follow prompts if any. Sometimes codes.
That is just a general rule for pairing.
I don't have a spark.

I’m with @Jethro Rocker and @ibmorjamn , power up the mini, open the Bluetooth page in the iPhone settings, press an HOLD the pairing button on the mini, it should show up in the menu…probably twice…one for the data, and one labeled audio(for using the mini as a Bluetooth speaker). I had to hold the button for a few seconds the first time….never again, so far.

Plus amp should produce the 4 presets regardless of the app. Plug n play....

Yep i not get nothing from it so i have a tech email sent i can power it on move channel select ect but no sound from guitar
No blue tooth light for pairing either

Well this thing has been an utter disappointment! I made video sent it to there support they say they would like to make it right ect
I ask for
1 new unit within 1 week
2 some discount or software patch for inconvenience
3 return slip for defective unit
The person i deal with is email only and the email is answered at 1-2 am my time
No response on this for 2 days
Should have went with the Yamaha!

Finally after about a month of this i Finally am getting my refund!
They actually sent out a refurbished unit with out notice last week( with out notice it just showed up!) and i asked for 2 return slips and refund
They gave me some kind of thing that since it was special order they couldn’t do a refund i told them i would continue through paypal for a refund sent them the tracking numbers showing i dropped off units and this morning at 2 am i finally got my email that they will issue a Refund
Very very bad Nightmare! Customer service
But thankful finally over
