I've been hearing weird like this for decades on WREK (GA Tech Radio). They play quite the variety. Something like this would be sandwiched between The Flaming Lips, Ice Tea, Leadbelly, The Pixies, and Atlanta favorite Deacon Lunchbox (look him up, he used hammers, pans, and trashcan lids to recite poetry).
Sometimes I would think...okay, somebody liked this stuff enough to record it, distribute it, and someone else played it on the radio! It takes all kinds, I suppose.
BTW, I like her guitar!

Its a nice Herb Ellis ES165 but awful things are coming out of it lol
