We played a set after the kids. They did very well, the singer owned that stage! I played with my bro (drums) and the bass player from Whiplash.
I used the BluGuitar Iridium pedal amp through the Marshall SC212
Sounded too high endy through FOH.

The school gal came up to sing Crazy Train with us. Yes, there are some pitchy spots but she only sang it twice at a practice. She certainly has the stage moves! Had to use cheat sheets for lyrics which is fine, this isn't her normal wheelhouse.
I think she did really well for Grade 10!!

I got a chance to do a short solo, wh9ch I haven't for years. Rather than all technical, I played around with delay. Was fun.
I accidentally had the Boost on at first too so more feedback than I wanted. Self indulgent, sure, but solos are.
I enjoyed doing it. That BluGuitar sounds killer to me, but a bit too much high end on here.
