I tried some different angles of it. Managed to get more of the checking etc. Now, I have cheated a little wee bit on the aging. I haven't added checks or cracks or anything such but I wish it got greener.
So...
I have been putting a little water on the front 3 or 4 times a week in an attempt to get it greener. Would be gnarlyl to have vertical green stripes at the cracks!

Also put a custom poker chip on it.

I have a handful of other chips for other guitars.
Thismine was very tough to get on, seemed too thick?
Was sposed to be standard LP thickness

People pay big money to relic their guitars to look that good. It’s a beautiful thing.

A lot of these LP’s were butchered to put full size buckers in them as well, those minis are very desirable now.

Thanks, Joe. This stuff is tough. Can't get the bottom and top equal exposure without too many reflections. But this left more details in the finish checking. Trial and error again and again.

Nothing looks more like Harvey Corman in drag than an artificially distressed LP.
