A Gibson version of an "offset" -- what exactly MAKES it an offset? the weirdo shape--- the droopy melted arse end?

Don't know. But, I had one of those in that finish and thought it was a great guitar.

I decided to make it Firebird Zero day -- since the reviews paint it as SUCH A TURKEY (get it) of course mines been HACKED and has a HOT dual rail metal pup crammed in the middle position-- which actually gives this thing MANY useable tones -- neck -- frets playability and action are all stellar -- (thanks again to one Hack of the MAster) certainly a big ol bag oh fun whatever ya call it
