I hate to sound like an idiot, but if the shoe fits...

Headache is almost completely gone. Everything else hurts twice as bad, but I have full movement and can do anything. Both hips are fine. I'm going to double down this afternoon, play guitar and drink lots of rum with a little Coke.

I took the second dose of Pfizer Biontech , along with my wife, niece, sister and my wife's parents on April 1st, 2021. So far, the first possible symptom appeared around Tuesday evening with just a headache. Wednesday, i began to feel stuffy, like a slight sinus infection. Yesterday was the same. This morning however, i felt achy and feverish ( though holding at 98.2) and after seeing the possible positive on the home test, drove to Med Express and took another, along with a full PCR. They confirmed it within 8-10 mins.

I am both so sorry you and your wife suffered like you did with that attack of it. I hoped daily for you two, whatever that's worth though my friend. Am relieved you two are doing much better now, out of the other side of it

First and foremost, blessings be upon you. Secondly, the onset of symptoms seems way too rapid for C-19 to have been transmitted that day by the helper you mentioned.

I would look for another infection source.

All things considered, not that bad. Ive been held up in one sealed off room and only have exited to use the bathroom and shower. Got a big can of Lysol, big bottle of GermX and keeping my mask on. Get my meals and meds dropped off outside the door like an inmate lol

Mostly just drained and tired, like ive never been this depleted that i can remember. I get this feverish feeling but im holding under 98F and some random aches. The weirdest thing is the no smell or taste: like i can drink something that i KNOW what it should taste like but it just tastes like nothing, like water. Same with food; i know it should be sweet or savory and its bland cardboard.

So, i suppose i should use this time to try to eat things i REALLY hate like Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, Cauliflower etc. That way when my wife nags me in the future about not eating those things i can technically go " Nah Nah Nah! I DID try them, remember? They tasted bland" lmao

Probably exposed 10-14 days ago; that's the difficulty. Infected people don't know they are infected. No symptoms for ten days even longer.
A person would not show symptoms in 1-2 days based upon what is known now...

Thank you sir. Its been 3 days now and i feel like hell to be perfectly honest. I thought i wouldve begun to feel better but i havent. The testing site though, did call me last night and offered to put me on the list at the nearby hospital for Regeneron therapy. Im totally fine with that idea, if it speeds up recovery and reduces the symptoms dramatically. Main thing is to shorten this if possible and minimize spread to my family, though ive taken great care already. It sucks not seeing them..

Could have been worse, much less likely to become severe thankful for that.
