I usually baste mine (lid on them so the moisture makes them skim over on top) and get them off asap. Then that magical yoke can soak into everything else. It's one of the best things in life. My favorite is a couple of them in a sandwich with good bread, miracle whip, bacon and tobasco ketchup.I like them over/medium-well. So, not very runny.
We practice under a full light show, talk about a way to end the week on a Sunday night !! woo hoo , fully mic'd into PA just like the shows but the most balanced comfortable stage level set to drums..excellent situation to be in with these guys..they said book the show after i jammed with them..lol..screw the learning curve..lets headbang it !!Nice jam space...
