So anyway, is $37,500 a good price for a '55 Strat?

It is allegedly clean. I am just gawking, howeverAbout average. Depends on condition and originality. Extras, such as case, hang tags and such. Unmolested?

So, I put a used Dimarzio PAF pro in the neck of my Ibby AS-73.
Sounds good but the output is really low. I had to raise it way up.
I had not played that guitar much lately and noticed some fret buzz / thought the truss rod need adjustment since the late summer.
Found the fretted strings hitting the pickup poles, duh.
So I lowered it a little and the output is way down.
The magnet causes screwdriver to be grabbed at the pole screws, so i figure the magnet is good.
The dc resistance is around the 8.4k listed.
I may have a bad pick up or a bum solder joint.
I have NEVER had a bad solder joint wiring up pick ups / guitar electronics in maybe a dozen or so times building or upgrading.
If I do OF Course it has to be on a semi hollow body, GRRR.
Suggestions?
Thanks for the vote of confidence, Chili.Semi Hollow is no big deal as I am sure you have the skill for it already. Dental floss, fishing line etc work nicely. I did my buddy's EPI Dot before.
