Florescent lights flicker.
Some table saw blades spin at a speed that syncs them to the flicker and
it is possible for the blade to look like in is not spinning when it actually is.
Every commercial woodshop I have ever been in has had an incandescent
light above the table saw regardless of the lighting in the rest of the shop.
Check to see if this condition exists and if yes, change the table saw light.

I hear there is something called Richlite now in the cosmos----- just 24 hours ago nobody gave a rats ass --but anyway---I guess now its all the rage ----the cool kids are smoking it out behind the gymnasium ;)
 
So anyway, I'm leaving for Martha's vineyard in the morning. There will be 8 of us, all great friends, one week of Par-Tay!!!

We've done this now for about 6 years, and it has turned into something we all look so forward to. The first night is dangerous, and we all know it.....I guess it's an explosion of energy, as the built up stresses are released. Sunday starts slowwwwww.

Here we go!!!!!
 
So anyway, I won't be playing guitar for a week, and I hate it. I've brought an acoustic several times, and I never use it, so I'm leaving it home.

I will be with several musicians, so you never no, but usually we just sing, dance, and air guitar.

There are chefs amongst us too, so at least we eat well....very well!

Love me some Sabbath, haven't read the whole thread yet but a few pages so far. I got to see Ozzy with AIC on the No More Tear's tour a couple weeks before we went to Desert Storm/Shield. Was so happy to finally catch him live. I finally got to see Iommi in "Heaven & Hell" Dio Sabbath with Judas Priest a couple weeks prior to RJD death! So glad I caught that show!
 
So Anyway...I started a new class at Berklee today. This one is "How to Get Your Guitar Sound" and will involve the proper way to use pedals and set up a signal chain.
Plus in depth lessons on the use of Amplitube 4. The 1st days stuff looks really promising!
