You spent way more than your duel winnings!
Lol.It's slide pandemonium! ... Slidemonium!
I too have been diving down the rabbit hole of slides.
Metal, glass, ceramic/porcelain, string height, tunings, techniques etc...
It's never ending!!

These are some of the ones that I use. The steel slide on the left is one that I turned on a lathe to fit over my ring finger knuckle. I use it on my Dobro. The Coricidin bottle is for electric guitars when using it on my ring finger. The two colored glass ones I'm still experimenting with. The glass one on the right is for my pinky, but don't use it that often. The Stevens Steel laying in the front is for my steel guitars.

I have the glass one. I might pick up one of each type at some point. I need to learn more about it though. Are you picking any up? Which ones?
Wow $40 pinky slide. Well is does say Mojotone on it. LolSo, with all this "slide" excitement I decided to grab a few new different types to try out. I anticipate these will all be awesome. I got them all "pinky" size because it's the way I roll.

I have two Dunlop glass slides. One pinky and one ring finger sized. I spent less on two than these are for one!! I must be doing something wrong.Wow $40 pinky slide. Well is does say Mojotone on it. Lol

Pretty much.Wow $40 pinky slide. Well is does say Mojotone on it. Lol
I've been through using these since and actually acquired a few others. For me, the best slide is a slightly brushed brass standard type. Those ones you see up there fail for one minute reason or another.I have two Dunlop glass slides. One pinky and one ring finger sized. I spent less on two than these are for one!! Of course..... Doesn't matter $8 a piece or $40 a piece..... Don't know how to use them properly. Know the process, putting into action a whole other thing.I've been through using these since and actually acquired a few others. For me, the best slide is a slightly brushed brass standard type. Only slide I own is a big ol heavy brushed brass one. Only gets used with this guy, and even then it's rare that it gets pulled out.I've been through using these since and actually acquired a few others.
