Skydiving at age 38: sounds fun or the stupidest idea yet?

While we were getting off the rails and I got a good laugh or 2, I could not resist.



Despite Kaley Cuoco's breath smelling like fly, I would gladly give a 2 thumb's up about the skydiving, and if it meant I could be with her just once in 6 months, or 6 lifetimes. If and when I did go skydiving at 57 let alone Mike's 38, I would then care less if my chute opened or I died and left orphan kids etc. Know what I mean, Vern?

I dont think we want a rumble..... Ray and I both are too old and too well armed for that to go well for --- the entire EASTERN SEABOARD frankly lol

--- the fact we fall on two sides of this discussion -- is -- in its core the reason THIS PLACE is so great--

-- Imagine--- that adults can HAVE differing opinions-- ONLINE----and STILL converse-- and enjoy company, and similar subjects-- and carry on..... wow...

Rays concern for my Evil Knievel shenanigan's have been voiced many (many) times previously over the years-- on open forum AND PM's---and his concern for my well being IS TRULY appreciated very much. (also he has all ready called DIBS on all my gear if I get hit by a Train .... or other fast moving metal object, so ya'll just back off....)

the concern ....doesnt STOP me ....but it does give me pause for thought-- and might actually make me LIMIT a risk or -- skip a 13 London bus jump I WAS going to do....... :rolleyes: :2Thumbs: exchanged for a more sane mellow romp around the country roads of central Fl. ......

Second that! If anything great came out of this thread, it was a 100% peaceful and poignant debate from both sides of the aisle, great points all around. Imagine if you could get the random population to do this for just 1 minute without a bloodbath: impossible. But here, everyone got to say their peace without a fight, that's awesome anyway you slice it
