I almost always play standing, but I don't like Strats either.

Me neither.

Which isn't a knock on T-60s. I have one myself. The big beef with them is their weight. Which is why I got a solid color one. Some of those (including mine) are poplar rather than Northern Ash, and are considerably lighter. Not light, mind you. But lighter.

It’s not “fully” scalloped…just a “Blackmore” style. Starts on the high pair of strings at 6th fret, spreads out around 10th, and back down again. Maybe not for everyone, but not a bad setup IMO. I got used to it pretty quickly.

I have a few double cutaway pointy thungs but I wouldn't really call em Strat shapes.

Just the one I got recently with the required HB in bridge. Ultra II Texas Tea.

I just don't like playing Strats and I can't explain it.

Scale length? It's a thing for sure. Volume knob is not really in the rignt place for me either.
