Actually i just stained and sprayed MinWax Laquire over the guitar,no grain filler or nothin.not maybe as smooth and shiney as a new Gibby but it plays like a dream,Duncan Antiquities pickup,Ebony fret board.

Had to add pics of the rest of my SGs as well. Here are the Epiphone members of my household. An EB0 bass to the left and an '61 Special 50th Anniversary to the right (and a Dot in the middle). The Dot has had Seymour Duncan Phat Cats installed after the pic was taken.

And here's Brown Dog, a 1975 Gibson SG II leaning up against my AC30. Probably one of the ugliest SGs ever made, but it has given me immesurable amounts of joy during the 23 years I have owned it.

RVA actually i got 3 Precision Guitar Builds,2 SG JRs and that 54 LP JR you like.heres the other SG JR i built. just stained with a Oiled body,Bare Knuckles P90 Dog Ear,Ebony Board,TonePros Wraparound. i call this one the Dark Terror
