Search button opens differently now.

Did something change for the permanent condition like this, or will it go back to a General Search and if we want Advanced search, we click that option?

Or am I missing something? I used to click on "Search" in the upper right corner of my Laptop screen, and it did not automatically go to Advanced Search, but now it does.
