Scrambled eggs

That is one BIG fried egg... looks delicious! There's an ostrich farm about an hour's drive from Toronto near Niagara that sell eggs. You have to reserve them and then get in a waiting list of about 2-3 months. And they are somewhat pricey, $70 CAD (about $55 USD) each. But they may be worth the time and money...
You would think Ostrich eggs would be cheaper in Canada, " O' Great Northern Land of the Canadian Snow Ostrich. "

AMS, I think you may be talking about our "beloved" national fowl, "The Great Canadian Goose" :pound-hand: :pound-hand: . Man, those suckers can get BIG and noisy! And they do :poo::poo: accordingly! Any city of Toronto park maintenance staffer will have horror stories about dealing with 'em! Or for that matter, most anyone up here who has a sizable lawn/yard...

Sorry, did not mean to derail this yummy thread with unwholesome grimy details

We have tons of them down here in Maryland. They pretty much roam free and will stop traffic when they cross the road. I kinda get a kick out of them.
