schools

It's funny, we have no kids, but yet I have thoughts on the subject, just not an opinion... Go figure.

I have thought all along opening the schools would be a bad idea.
You just can't keep kids apart.
Distancing in all the social activities that happen in school , just won't happen.
Plus there's the contact thing. Many hands touching the same surfaces, repeatedly.
Not to mention the school buses...

Then again, at least kids would have a semi structured environment to learn in with minimal distractions and moderate discipline.
I have a hard time believing this could happen at home, with all the distractions of life beckoning, phones ringing, dogs barking.

Now add in the sad fact that a lot of kids got the only nutritious food of the day at school.

It's just not an easy thing to decide.

I have not made a study of what’s going on. I know most of the doctors/researchers have said we should be doing things a certain way. Right or wrong?? Wish I knew. But at 65 I know I can’t afford to catch this thing. So I’m gonna err on the side of caution. If wearing a mask.... washing hands till raw.... hand sanitizer.... social distancing... yeah, royal pain in the butt, but if it increase my odds of staying healthy even a little bit. I can live with that.

As for where this thread started. Goo summed it up pretty good. Mrs. IbLive is a special ed teacher in a K-2 building. That age doesn’t know social distancing. Hygiene. Etc. No way that age could keep a mask on properly. She loves her job. Loves her kids. But is seriously concerned about sharing a building with the little snot boxes.

The virus is more like AIDS.
It shuts down the immune system.
This is far worse than most people have been led to understand.
No, this is not the flu.
I agree, a world renown scientist who helped isolate aids, says this virus is AIDS related. I'll offer references when later found. But dont forget, mother nature usually has the last laugh. Virus' are not alive. As such are much more of a mutant thing, it's the nasty pathogens that hitch a ride on the virus that is the problem.

And animal infection crossing species is unheard of in nature, you basically need to INJECT it into the body, for that to happen, AKA the specter problem of vaxxination. 4.2 BILLION in vaccination damages is not inspiring trust, does it.

Your a good man, you are not alone. I have your back.

It causes T cell anemia. Same as AIDS.
The people who do recover from a severe attack will have problems for the rest of their lives.
Doesn't sound like an environment to send little children off to school.

The famous official pandemic virus, may not be nearly as spread out from contagiousness, as one might think. Normal flu virus can be similar, same with Pneumonia. Some general corona diseases have been showing up as false positives for covid19!!! So lets take some of the official story, as THEORY, that may or may not change in the future.

So in fact, this pandemic may be more of something other than what the official story says. So while one can not rule out certain things, on the other hand, neither can the official story be more believable.

I find the theory behind the Invisible rainbow, to be the most compelling, and happens to fit EVERY major pandemic in modern times! So the theory deserves serious thought. I'm not saying your wrong, just perhaps ease up on the pandemic spread nature of it all, as that is fully in question as to what is actually pandemic and what is not. Even the best science can not say for sure as this usually takes large data collection from large pools of society.

So I'm not saying there is no viral problem, there is, but the nature of that problem, may not be the same, and in fact I feel is very different from, the pandemic nature of this whole thing. Two very different issues, and I take it all quite seriously.

Then you have the parents of these Children. From working at/ for the School i see the level of so called Parents go from Crackheads , Tweekers, Alcoholics, Really involved , Useless, Dirty , Great Parents ect ect. BUT good bad or ugly the parents are not used to dealing with kids all year long and alot really dont want to . Runs the Gauntlet on reasons . So these schools have to find some kind of balance for school to keep everyone from going on the warpath. Pretty much the same as our Country as a whole. You cant please everyone and never will.Fact
But can the world afford to have all of us roll up in a ball and hibernate for 2 years. I would think not. So theres gonna be some kind of balance wether we all you all who all likes it or not.

Right on, I share your concerns. Just interrupting the food supply could set us back into depression. If the loss of jobs and businesses is high and permanent, then we have already entered a new age. To some extent, if you don't like the change, make the change suite you better, because change, is upon us, and the change, may get worse. I am fortunate in that my lifestyle has not changed.

When your into disruptive invention, you become like a recluse. I have been home alone, since I moved here nearly 8 years ago. We have to open our nation back up, or the financial down side will be catastrophic, and historic. God save us if a natural calamity occurs when we are vulnerable like this. Pray for world environmental peace. hehe Not just social and economic justice.
