Chilli, I paid a grand plus tax for mine, new, in August. No gig bag either. So if it’s like new, that’s 30%+ off.

Offer him $600 and meet in the middle.

My purple C1FR was about $1,375.00

That is the most common finish on the C-1 Hellraisers. Depends on the condition. If it is in good condition US$600 is fair
