Round 2 c0vid strikes again

We had our 4th shots in July, like you first 3 nothing hardly, but the 4th shots wiped us out for 2 days. 5th round we are due in January, going to wait and see what happens with others who get it before us.

Got my 2nd booster (4th shot) this past May. We both are wanting to get in for the booster to the booster to the booster (5th shot) here pretty soon. Will most likely get a standard seasonal flu shot while I’m at it. Something in 68 years I’ve never had. And for whatever reason, haven’t caught the flu too many times.

I woke up this morning and felt like I was buzzed all day. We're all feeling a lot better and the scotch on my left is the reason I'm buzzed now, which is where things should be. Balanced.

I went this whole time avoiding the plague (I think) and got it a couple of weeks ago. Tested positive a few days after going to a hockey game.

How you feeling today, Grant? Hopefully you and the missus are on the mend. This crap is like a stain that won't go away but, thankfully through both global exposure and build up from vaxes as well as infections, it SEEMS like at this time we may be on the right side of it and it's not hitting as hard as it did before. Still, that's cold comfort when you still get it but, it's something I guess.

Keep us updated! I actually just took the Bivalent booster and a flu shot about 2hrs ago. Arms are killing me lol

I'm still sick but better than a few days ago. Debbie is no where near as bad as she was two years ago. Neither of us have had a fever. Mostly congestion and body aches for me.

Debbie got a prescription for antibiotics and steroids to help fight against pneumonia. After 2 years her lungs have not recovered. Her
Oxygen level is 90 at best dropping into the 80s when she is active.

Well, about 4 hrs after getting a flu shot? My son tested positive for Flu A a lil while ago. So, probably gonna be a Domino's Pizza Drop Off Thanksgiving here lol

Do hope the best for you and Mrs. Wav. I have been able to side step the whole virus so far. But my wife did get it about a year ago. And yes we have both been vaxed.

I am debating on not getting the Bivalent shot in January when i am due, and rather considering getting the Pneumonia shot instead. Covid if it gets really serious attacks the lungs and people usually get pneumonia. I am thinking this might be the way I will be going, then after 6 months get the 5th shot for covid.
