Lost a great actor today: Sean Connery passed away at the age of 90 in his sleep at his home in the Bahamas last night. A legendary cool guy/badass. RIP

He was great in Hunt for Red October too.

He was such a great character actor, and could make the most mediocre of plots outstanding. He was great in Time Bandits, which doesn’t get the respect it deserves. As Captain Marko Radius in The Hunt For Red October, he was beyond brilliant. Opposite Michael Caine in the Man Who Would Be King was another brilliant role, and not getting the accolades it deserves.
