When I was in Korea all the clubs had dancing girls. They took turns on the stage for one song at a time. Those girls hated getting a Meatloaf song because they were so long. A 3-4 minute dance turned into a 15 minute marathon! It was hilarious watching the faces they threw at the DJ when he put on Meatloaf!

RIP Meatloaf, you made some great music and made me get a good laugh to boot...

So much for deaths in threes. In the past week, we lost Burke Shelley, Rachel Nagy, Ronnie Spector, and now Meatloaf. Looks like the Reaper‘s scythe isn’t going to let up anytime soon.

His name was Robert Paulson.....

Meatloaf played Robert Paulson in a movie. Paulson being a real person that jacked himself up on steroids, effectively getting really screwing up his health.

Oh, I see. I didn‘t know that.

It's all good. I knew someone would explain it. Been super busy working the white hot Phenix City, AL music and AV scene recently. Jammed out for the first time in 17 years at the VFW with the owner of the local guitar shop, which lead to an audio system install the next day, and now may turn into a full-time AV installation gig. I also met the guy in the local AV industry when I did audio setup on Tues and Weds. for a touring Broadway show called Summer: The Donna Summer Story at the River Center Theater in Columbus, GA just across the Chattahoochee here.

Maybe things will start working out for me soon and I can get out of the IT field for good finally.

I work in the AV industry, though not the touring side of things. AV is a very diverse, multi-faceted industry. Most of us have different verticals we focus on.
