RIP Joey Jordison, 46 years old

Joey Jordison, founding member of Slipknot and Rob Zombie touring drummer, passed away today at the age of 46. He had been suffering from traverse myelitis and was forced out of the band in 2013 very unceremoniously because of it. (Traverse Myelitis a rare condition that damages the neurological center of the spinal column, that is in the same family as Multiple Sclerosis. Usually causes weakness in the limbs and deadening of the electrical impulses). He had however, began to try to rehabilitate and was working on new music before his passing.

An extremely talented drummer that was taken way too soon.

I was checking out a post my Bass playing buddy Eric made about Dusty Hill and saw a friend of his mention Joey, I could only say DAMN.
