Your body will thank you. A few years ago I was drinking five or six beers every night with the occasional ten or twelve. I'm down to three or four beers a month, mostly when I'm out for dinner. I rarely have more than one beer in a day. I've lost 25 lbs and feel much healthier with no other major life style changes.My resolution for 2019 is to reduce my alcohol intake, even if by a small percentage.
Target: 20%.
