I have been having problems with my LG cell phone dropping calls, when making a new call it just hangs up. It's had poor sound quality from day 1. This was my first LG and will be the last. I've gone back to Samsung phones and I am a happy camper again. Although using the LG to make phone calls was problematic, all the other functions work fine. For example as long as I'm connected to my Wi-Fi, I can browse the interweb, email, play solitaire, track my packages... All the stuff I have always done except make and receive calls. This is handy to keep charged and carry with me around the house when I'm not in front of my computer.

I was always afraid of those little tiny parts inside a cell phone.
And there's no bias adjust either.
Those 2 things is what makes me give up.
 
GRoovy, 1 less disposable electronic device in the landfill!
All our old phones are in a drawer somewhere around here.
Are we supposed to recycle them?
I dont recall seeing phones on the list for my town.

I just upgraded the wife from a Galaxy S3 to a used S7, same as mine.
unlocked GSM, mint condition, $133.35 including tax to my door.

I do that. I have my wife's old iPhone that I use to stream music. It's great for that.
 
jtcnj i just went from my trusty Galaxy Note 4 that was beat to a pulp but still worked to a new in box Galaxy S7 such as you. Its a bit smaller than my old Note 4 but everything works much better CEPT it dont get as good a signal in some spots as my old Note 4 but otherwise it takes darn good pictures and videos .
