is there option to disable tempo in reaper so i can drop different bpm loops and and they dont change ?

for exapm....


to have intro 60 bpm verse 140 chorus 240 and so on.... when i drop loops it changes bpm tempo....


any help?
 
I never work with loops…sorry….I’ve bumped into the frustrating tempo changing thing before though...never really dug into it at all. I may be playing around with a new project today…I’ll take a look, and see if anything jumps out at me.

i know there is a option to un tick this poop but i cant remember where it is. when you drag and drop it used to ask if i wanted to change tempo of the loop to match the project by accidently un ticked it and cant remember where it is to change it back.

Seriously…in the video quoted…watch from 6:45…he goes through the project settings for that.
