Carvin makes good stuff.

Mom had a deal with Carvin many years ago. She went down to play one of their guitars in the 1980's. Mom came back with a bunch of free stuff...a mixing console, PA equipment...you name it. After that, we kept getting new Carvin stuff every couple of years...we just exchanged the old stuff when the new stuff arrived.

I got some pickups from them a few years ago...M22SD as I recall...and they were really good.

I like the fact that mine were wound days before I got them. I don't know why I do, but I think it's kinda cool.

My GFS Classic II's are very PAF-ish in terms of Impedance
