Yeah it is. Never wanted a Gibson - til now. That's a wicked V!
yep like a 370.00 DeanI like that there's not a big ol plastic face plate on it!
I would honestly prefer the dean models, pickups are interesting, all the videos I’ve seen got some killer tones out of them.
Yep. Personally I think this V is atrocious, an abomination...and based on this review and trogly's review of it, it seems like a garbage guitar for the price point. Perhaps Kramer's version will be better. Plus, it looks a little bit more "Dave"I would honestly prefer the dean models, pickups are interesting, all the videos I’ve seen got some killer tones out of them.

That guy is both informative and hilarious!
I really like Glenn, some people here though, like @eSGEe , wanna hit him with a Winnebago! LolThat guy is both informative and hilarious!
I need to watch. I like himI really like Glenn, some people here though, like @eSGEe , wanna hit him with a Winnebago! Lol
He does these livestreams, usually on Mondays, where people can send in their mixes of stuff they've done, and Glenn will review them and give you some advice or tell you it sucks. I try to watch them when I can, sometimes you find awesome new music, sometimes not so much, but it's entertaining nonetheless.
I've learned a wholeload of stuff about recording by watching his channel.
I agree, I mean the looks of it doesn’t put me off, but 2800$ for finish issues and not set up… I’ve had a Schecter 7 string that was good to go straight out of the box for 1,000, and a Jackson 7 string with Floyd rose set up and ready to go that was 1,300Yep. I think the Explorer headstock and the rounded points aren't really doing it for me. On a Jackson or a Dean or almost anything else "pointy" I'm fine with....but that body with the rounded points deserves the classic arrowhead looking headstock IMO. I really do like the way the Kramer looks quite a bit better.I agree, I mean the looks of it doesn’t put me off, but 2800$ for finish issues and not set up… I’ve had a Schecter 7 string that was good to go straight out of the box for 1,000, and a Jackson 7 string with Floyd rose set up and ready to go that was 1,300
2800?!?! No thanks. Give me a Schecter, LTD, epiphone, Jackson for a third of the price any day

Those are very nice , I think at one point Gibson had a V with the Explorer headstock but it would have had the 24.75 scale . I don’t remember the inlays it had but I bet that one rips.
Dig that headstock.
