Say a prayer, as I have lost my father recently.....

Not much can be said, a true mans man, never hesitated to sacrifice for his family.

Taught me my work ethic, manners etc... all things that have served me well as an adult.

The overwhelming grief comes and goes but I will never be the same, I've lost my best friend, I'm still reading the news, or watching sports and I think to myself that I can't wait until I talk to "the old man" about this one! Only he's not here anymore. He was always great to converse with.

Feels like I'm all alone, even though I've raised a family of my own still needed my Dad. I always will.

Was not ready to be without him, one of our last convos was about music. Just never enough time to say and do all we want.

Hold 'em tight friends

Peace
Steve

Be strong, sounds like the ideal father figure, he'll still be watching, y'know. Good Dads do that.
I'm sitting here bawling like a child, he was the best.

When I was young all my friends bagged on their parents, I was like my Dad is the best!

I was so damn blessed to have a man like him for a role model, everything I do is because that man taught me how to.

And now I'm lost, I sure had a rare person for a father, you just don't know the love and support I have been given, he was a hard act to follow. Hope I raised my kids right.

hey brother, I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. There is no words or action that will make you feel better but know that you are not alone. He will always be part of you and he is forever in your heart. You will never get over your loss but in time you will learn how to live with grief.

Think of good times and all the memories you shared with him, be thankful of being able have him as a role model, celebrate his life and legacy.

If you need a friend or chat or whatever we are here for you.

I am truly sorry to hear this, i hope god grants him eternal peace.

Gone but never forgotten!

Rest in Peace
