Loved his music and had seen that band many times. R.I.P.

They are fantastic. Myles stopped playing with them the last couple years, I have seen them many times including this year. He had a distinctive vocal style in a good way, one of my fave bands. He was a really good dude too. They rip live! Check this out. SO tight

Halifax will be in mourning.. Avery good band indeed they were..

A great thing that happened this year, he was inducted into Canadian songwriters Hall Of Fame and The Canadian Walk Of Fame. Happy to see he was able to get these rewards , before he passed on..

April Wine were inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame in 2010


In a second ceremony, Canada’s Walk of Fame will welcome 13 influential rock music legends to Canada’s Rock of Fame. Legends in the country’s music industry from the 1970s and 1980s, the Inductees are April Wine, Chilliwack, Glass Tiger, Lee Aaron, Lighthouse, Loverboy, Max Webster, Michel Pagliaro, Platinum Blonde, PRISM, Rough Trade, The Parachute Club, and Trooper. The special additional event will be held on September 28, 2023 at Massey Hall
