This Akaso V50X (GoPro clone) cost me under $100 off Amazon, if I remember correctly.
And it came with a lot of mounting accessories!
I bought it to try and self film archery hunts by mounting it to my bow. It's barely good enough to even see a deer or elk at 60 yards....
It works way better as a guitar cam...
Here it is against my 23 Motorola Droid phone to compare video and shaking etc.
Camera is set on highest video quality (4k) with image stabilizer on.
The audio was really hard to make work with the akaso, it wanted to pick up my strings and not the amp, so I cranked the amp a lot to compensate. I can still hear the strings slapping a little bit and that drives me mad....
The droid I just plugged into my focusrite as usual.
The video is really to show video not audio, but it's whatever. Just some small piece of info for anyone who is maybe looking into cheap GoPro clones.
