I just ordered a guitar from them and the guitar was back ordered. And this guitar comes with a gig bag, now when they ship this guitar its going to be in a nice box and not in the gig bag?

They are notably horrible at packing. They shipped my Marshall tube amp in the original cardboard box with nothing more. The box was torn, but the amp was intact by pure luck. The good news is that their return policy is great.

Im gonna call them they told me they put the box with the guitar in another box,
I gonna call them and double check im geting 17 percent off this guitar if i didnt get this amount off
I would buy the guitar from sweet water lol

They have great deals and I continue to buy from them, I just cross my fingers that it arrives safely!
 
I bought an American Deluxe Stratocaster from them...the idiots shipped it it the original cardboard box. No second box, no additional packing. I was astounded it made it without damage...
 
I ordered this beauty a month ago with an early Dec backorder delivery date advertised with $300.00 off the price tag so, it seemed worth the wait & a Merry fvk'n Christmas for me right??

Then I get the bummer email today that it won't be ready until next year! WTF kind of bull$#!t it that?
Do they need a certain number purchased to tool up the factory & build these bitches or what?
Anybody got the inside scoop why this order 'n wait, then delay 'n wait some more goes on with an Epi model like this? Inquiring pissed off minds want to know.
 
I orderd a classic player 50's strat, :) i got it 17 percent off i really wish sweetwater matched them but it wont happen
