Public Service Announcement

I don't know, I've never tried, but that's a good question. Now that I think about it, I'm pretty sure if I called them I would be able to come in for the vaccine. I doubt my doctor has to be involved. Maybe I'll do that.
Might be worth it. Those of us over 50 have a 1 in 3 chance if we’d had chicken pox as a kid. And most of us over 50 did. Those a bad odds. I didn’t get mine till Medicare paid for it. Which was a couple years ago.

I did have the Chicken pox...I think I was 6, or 8, or maybe 10...I don't know anymore, it's been too long ago and I get it mixed up with when I had my tonsils out.

I debated on where to post this one. The "Funny" Thread or as a PSA. Decided here was appropriate..... and we know who might need to consider this. :pound-hand:

My Dad was a lifer on the Locks and Dams on the upper Mississippi River. Retired from there. While not in first person, he could tell some stories told by divers working on the dams about river catfish. Big doesn't even begin to describe. More like scary big.
