Nice work on the pipes and porting.I pieced that together from Summit & ebay
I have only worked on ports for single ATV engines. Aluminum is much simpler than cast. It's looking fantastic !

Thanks, really got into learning. Being a mild street build plenty of flow now. Amazing when you run air through a ported one how much more flow you get & the sound change. Also keeping velocity & direction of flow in mind.Nice work on the pipes and porting.

Will really get into this next build. Going to set up a bench inside to work on them all winter. Lots of good info being shared by the old timers
Think about it, back then you had factory parts & had to modify yourself. basically experiment. My favorite is when a homemade car with stock heads beats a "bought" car costing 10 times as much. Good stuff

All wrapped up now. Gonna put on water pump & headers then drop er in.Installed cam, nice
lol, i change everybody's oil. Seriously i get the filter & oil for my 2 daughters & there husbands and change the oil on schedule. Cheaper than buying cars...Man, you work fast.
What's a good time to swing by tomorrow? Need an oil change, rotation and alignment.
