Product Fail - Milescraft turn-lock router guide bushing set

I found the twist lock inserts vibrate out, and are destroyed when the bushing hits the bit.
Not good for the bit either.

I had this happen 3 times, even after checking after each pass.
Every time the insert had moved from the "locked" position.

Maybe I just got a bad one.
I actually bought another set after destroying the first, but didnt think to change to the new base.

The clue is "Made in China."

I didn't know accessories like this exist for these routers. At least in theory, the router guide bushing set and the other related attachments seem very useful. As I checked on some of the reviews of this product, they mostly seem to be very favorable. I couldn't find a review that mentioned the same problem that jtcnj has experienced. Then again, I didn't spend a whole lot of time looking at many reviews.

@jtcnj Did you have any problems attaching the baseplate that came with the kit?
