I use isolation transformer if the voltage 120 VAC is off over or under 120v or bad ground or reverse polarity
it will not power up. Last gig 10/20/2018 I had a noise from my guitar amps monitors and main PA speakers
They had at least 20 neon sign's may have had a dimmer switch involved also not sure that's what it sounded
like. Some places we play were built in the 1880'S so you never know. I ordered this Furman
https://www.musiciansfriend.com/acc...-conditioner/500824000000000?source=3TEM5KTBK 25% off see if it works. If it does they have a 45 AMP version for my power amps and powered monitors. My question is anyone else experiencing this issue.

You may wounder what the unit on the bottom of the rack is it's a Dumbelator I run it through the effects loop on my Dumble amp and clones what it does one it controls the preamp
volume to the power amp I can crank a 100 watt amp and cut the volume level to 1 watt or less with no harm to the power tubes two next it has effects level and send and return for the Lexicon
The Lexicon was a prototype from the Lexicon Lab it's up graded to a PCM-90 with 1200 different reverb's

Interesting.... Is that anything like a BBE Maximizer? ??

no more like a effect level control. So I can set the amp to get any sound I want on clean or overdrive channel at any volume level with out any sound degradation. If you put your Weber attunator
from your amp to the speaker two things you put a load on your power tubes and loose sound fidelity same with my Trainwreck Air-Brake or Marshall Power Brake.
The Dumblator cuts or boost the preamp level and controls input and output effects level for time base effects reverb delay. I have two master volumes on my amp one for clean one for overdrive
and the Dumbelator has one so three total. I get infatuate clean sustain and infatuate overdrive sustain It took me a couple of years to get use to it now I have to kill notes
