No kidding. I feel more "at one" with the guitar if it has a set neck.

I agree...I had these made in a set-neck configuration for that reason. I went seriously overboard on these I think....set neck, flame maple/mahogany/flame maple construction, full shielding, Tone Man Harness (Cloth Wire/CTS Pots/Switchcraft Jack/Orange Drops) Schaller Straplocks, Locking Tuners, Artec Giovannit GVH-59 Humuckers, Coil Tap Bridge, 12" radius, 24.75" scale.

This Schecter will be my first 25.5" scale guitar, although I have played a friend's Telecaster before. The neck is a 25.5" scale, bolt-on, 24 frets, 14" radius, 1.625" nut ... so totally different from my SGs and Explorers. I've been wanting to try something with more of a 'shred' neck for a while. 14" radius doesn't worry me. I only really dislike the 7.5" radius vintage Tele style although I much prefer 12" to 9.5" ... flatter is better for me usually.

It's also a great chance to get rid of one redundant pedal (DD-7) and three problematic pedals.
