I absolutely LOVE these types of threads!

U34CL with KT66s, 50 watt head that's a Hiwatt/Marshall hybrid on a Solera 50 that is a Soldano SLO50/Marshall JMP hybrid on a 4x12 with Green backs and Anniversaries.
In front, a DST15 (AC15 with EF86 preamp circuit and Ampeg Reverb).
DST30 that's a copy of Rory Gallagher's AC30 with EF86 Preamp circuit in the normal channel.

I don't have a photo of all my Fender amps, so here's a shot of my favorite. '63 Bandmaster with all early sixties RCA tubes in it. It is a fantastic sounding amp. Even my bass player who hates Fenders loves the sound of this amp. Headroom, headroom, and more headroom. Really fun to play.

Except for a small number of private clients, here's the amp/cabinet setup used in the modern studio.

We never see amps/cabs being lugged into the studios anymore.

We've had established artists come in and set up an elaborate amp/cab/mic arrangement to take photos of, then record all the instruments virtually.

We have also seen artists posing with a particular guitar for a promotional photo, then put that instrument back in the case and record on a Squire.

It's exceptionally rare to ever see an amp used on a commercial recording these days.

For example, at Capitol, studio time is sold only in pre-paid, $3,000 blocks called a "lock out," which is 10 hours in duration. The clock never stops running once the doors are closed.

Even established artists don't have unlimited time to burn, as the label representative is always present and monitoring the project.

If you have enough money, you can do what you want...
