Trying to catch up on concert things. Got some pics of Darby Mills formerly of Headpins who toured a Rockumentary of her life singing songs that influenced her a well as some of her own. At 66 she still got it!

TRIUMPH!!! Finally ! What a super duper show!!! Saw them many times up to late 80s. RIk still has it. The additional members really took the brunt of high singing etc and was a very good idea. Loved it,. Lots o video coming too.
Compact zoom cam up in the stands so compromises were made.

This was Bob. He drank too much.




My sweet little baby Sasha (aka "Tiny Smalls"). The colorful light effects in this photo are natural reflections of sunlight through the glass window in my front door. Through her, God showed me what innocence was, every day for over 13 years. She passed away suddenly the day before Thanksgiving, 2023. I was home that morning, and when I went to check if she needed to go outside 3 hrs later, she was gone. No obvious reason why.

Besides music, hunting is another great passion of mine. I usually have my Canon EOS 650 with me as well. For a while, I had the chance to borrow a Canon EF 300mm f/4 lens, and it was a pleasure to work with.

So I'm driving back from someplace and the town was doing a fireworks show, right? (Right @Leonard Neemoil?) I had a pocket cam in my glove box, so I sets it to "Fireworks" mode, and I starts shooting, knowing full-well that I'd never shot fireworks before, and my tripod was in my trunk, but it would take too long to sets it up, so I free-winged it. I learned what happens when you shoots fireworks without a tripod. LOL!
