Here is a rather unscientific but straightforward pedal order example. The pedal pictured below has a Klon clone on the left and a Hudson Broadcast clone on the right. It also has a pedal order switching via the toggle in the middle closest to the top. The clip goes
-clean
-Hudson Broadcast
-Klone
-Klone into HB
-HB into Klone

So clips 4 and 5 are the relevant ones. However, I may be wrong about the order. I am assuming that when the switch is to the right, it is Klone into HB

I was taken back by the difference.

Changing the pedal order makes a huge difference.

I find that putting the low gain dirt first works
better when you stack them but that's just me.
I have a Paisley Drive Deluxe and a Hot wired V3.
They are both set up low gain side into High gain side

...and yes, there is a major difference in the last 2 parts of Ray's clip.

Very interesting videos.

It all depends on the amp and what you're looking for. I've looked at endless videos trying to help me out, but until you plug your guitar into your amp with the pedals you wanna try - you just don't know.

In my experience over the last few days, all theory goes out of the window.

The only 'known theory' I find works for sure is that reverb/delay sounds great in the FXloop. As for getting ODs, fuzzes and phasers working together...

I liked tone 3 the best - I know it's only a Klone, but there was just a hint of fuzziness with the sweetness that I like. I thought tone 4 sounded too synthy, but then tone 5 went even more down that route... I do like fuzz, but it's hard as hell to get right, imho.
