Peavey-T-60 FUN FACTS

I've been a member of the T60Mafia forum for a number of years. It's slower moving, but a great resource, especially when you consider that Chip Todd, himself, is a member.

I really love my Peavey Minx 115 bass amp. It's one of the best bass amps I've ever played through and has that perfect bass tone. Now all I need is a bass guitar...maybe a Peavey bass. I sold my other bass guitar with active pick ups a while back in order to buy a Jackson King V guitar. I'm trying to thin the herd because I have way too many guitars to store them all. I think 6 to 8 guitars is adequate for any player. I'm on another forum where one member literally had a warehouse full of guitars. It was insane OCD if you ask me.:confused:

There is a couple of nice T60s that show up from time to time on Nola CL. I want one but $400-$500 range is a too much for me.

Actually kind of a cool guitar. I bought one minty with original hardcase a few years back (5 or so) for $125....sold it for $225 a couple weeks later though.
 
Keep your eye out jjudas---especially pawn shops/yard sales etc -- not EVERYONE knows the real value---and they are "thrown" byt the values of of the import ones vs the USA made ones

I just happen to be passing a Pawn Shop on the way home from work. I stopped and they had a Randall head I was debating and when I went back for it I started looking at guitars and no prices. The guy said $100-$125 each & he has cases in the back for most of them. Got the Peavey with case and an Ibanez DT & case and a OLP MM in a gig bag for $350 :) Sold them all for a little over $600 and bought my LP P-90 Special that I traded for the headstock repaired 05' SG standard!
