I have had a love affair with Pearl Drums since I was a kid and saw Peter Criss drum riser climbed into the sky over the stage........

I'm rather fond of Pearl myself. For 20 years I carried a 5 piece chrome set with enough Turkish bronze to suit all over the DFW metro-mess as a "hired gun" drummer for dozens of bands when they were short a drummer. Carried only in soft cases, that set of Pearl drums never failed, always sounded good, and when I sold em and all the trimmings, I got more than I had invested.
Yeah, I like Pearl drums. :)

Pearls are great. The kit in our studio/practice space is Pearl and they sound great, plus the hardware is top notch - everything stays right where you want it. I do play them (poorly) and like them a lot.

Also, in a prior thread, I show off this kit I got from a kid in Bucks County PA.

Next Came my 16x16 and eventual sell off of part of these 3 kits as a kit and also various individual toms to people who needed them.,

What remains as my player is a 10,12,14,14,16 and 22x18 kick and 14x6.5 Snare

Here I am set up as double bass before selling the deeper rack toms up front.

And Double again with a big stack of extra drums in the corner there.

Thanks Adeian, How'd you like to be me and not have all my kits any more?
I killed myself a ton of times. There were at least 6 more kits on top of these that I have no pics of.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Adrian, I am excited to get a Silver Glitter kit again. The 3 drums I stripped wrap off will look good in new wrap once added to the 22 inch Kick in that finish.
