SO now the THICKNESS of the fingerboard effects sustain??????? BUt by what %???? more than say an effect pedal or less? MORE than a Maple cap--or less? MORE than a 1 piece--2 piece----5 piece body?

Does it effect the guitars overall tone POSITIVELY in an offset manner as HORRIBLY as an unadjustable pick up????????

On all the wood debates I say who gives a flying FVK! I sound pretty much the way I want on ANY guitar with amp settings and pickup selection.
...and I can generally make my amp take even the pickup out of the equation...unless the pup is super distortion and I can't tame it down...

Still a lot of guitar for the money IMO.
 
for the couple dollars more (literally on my sam ash card a month) I think I would rather have this beastie....

I am certain I would/will I have owned several things over the years that came from the Cort factory and not one was a stinker.....they make good "chit" mon
