Ottawa Red Blacks vs Calgary Stampeders

Ottawa & Calgary played in the 104th Grey Cup game back in 2016 hosted in Ottawa. I'm picking the Redblacks to win in Edmonton today.:victoire:

The 104th Grey Cup game was the first time Ottawa won since 1976...40 years ago. Tony Gabriel was the hero for Ottawa who were the Rough Riders back then playing against the Saskatchewan Roughriders.

It was a great game Blackie. I think there was nine turn overs. The Stamps were just too much for the Reds , where you see those light coloured patches on the field thats ice. There was a lot of slippin and a slidin throughout the game. They kept changing shoes to get the right matchup. Stamps definitely deserved to win they were strong the whole game.

I can tell the field was slippery. I remember watching the Grey Cup way back in the early 1980's on TV that Edmonton hosted and the field was like perma-frost. Those were the days when the Eskimos had their Grey Cup dynasty with Warren Moon.
