Orange Rockerverb 50 MKIII questions

I had to take the chassis out to retrieve a cable tip that broke when I kicked it - imagine that.

First one - helpfully labeled Hum Balance. What does this do?

Orange supplied independent bias pots - so nice. Do they just do two for 100 watt as well?

Since I'm in there I decided to check the bias on this relatively new to me amp - I use the Biasmaster. I usually get the plate voltage from pin 3 which was 419. On a whim I asked the interboobs what the plate voltage for this particular amp was and it returned 562 which seems awfully high and I suspect wrong.

Any thoughts other than I'm an idiot and should stick with legos...

Dunno, but only 2 are needed to balance the currents in either push pull side.

I think it's safe to assume that's wrong, better to go with your meter reading of 419V.
