While a very long way from a CF neck, I've been messing with the stuff making some plates. One for my Ibanez bass the other for the controls on my Frankentele. Eventually I'll have a pickguard for the tele. Had one made and it just isn't going to work right, so rethinking that program.

I've never heard/read anything bad about them. I almost bought one for one of my Warmoth builds, but I chickened out.

Yep. And once everything is set, Noting to do with the neck will ever change. Tuning should be more consistent. Intonation.

I figure if carbon fiber is good enough for Indy Cars, F1 and NASCAR..... betting it's great for guitar necks.

True I have played my 1992 Parker Fly Deluxe carbon fiber and stainless frets stays in tune went 13 years an a set of strings
the bad it;s a tone turd 4 pound guitar most are tone deaf so it doesn't matter.
